Cancellation policy 

In consideration of others needing an appointment, a 48 hour cancellation notice is requested. A charge of half the cost of the session may be made at less than 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled on the day or clients who fail to turn up for an appointment giving no notice are charged for the full cost of the session.
