Following a 15 year career in public relations, a life-long interest in complementary therapies and having had three children, I decided to change career and re-train as a reflexologist. I wanted more balance to my life and I wanted to be able to practice the therapies that had given me so much benefit over the years.

So in 2008, having studied the Renee Tanner reflexology method at Morley College in London, I was awarded a Distinction grade in Reflexology. My diploma is from the International Exam Board and I’m a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

This was just the start of my journey in complementary therapies. I am passionate about health and wellbeing, and helping people with my therapies physically, mentally and emotionally. So since that time, I have undertaken post-graduate reflexology training in many areas including maternity reflexology, fertility, cancer and palliative care, hand reflexology, spinal reflexology, advanced reflexology training, mindful reflexology for stress, anxiety and depression. I’m also qualified to run baby reflex™ workshops. I have undertaken massage training and therapies include holistic massage, Indian head massage, deep tissue massage, kansa vatki leg and foot massage, myofascial release. I'm also a level 2 reiki practitioner.

I'm a qualified aromatherapist and I use aromatherapy to enhance my treatments. I make up individual blends of oils for clients to take away and use in between their sessions. I give my clients self help tips eg self care hand reflex techniques as part of the after-care advice.

Over the years I've gained a great deal of experience in fertility and maternity issues, stress and anxiety, helping with long term conditions, pain, and general wellbeing.

I'm also passionate about ageing well. I'm qualified in natural facelift massage (an alternative to botox and fillers). It's an amazing feel-good and loo- good therapy! I also combine reflexology, massage, and aromatherapy techniques to help the ageing well process.

Working holistically, I often combine therapies in a client session so that you get the best possible treatment for your needs.

I am in my early forties, with good skin, rarely wearing make up. Because of this I didn’t expect to see any major change after a course of facial rejuvenation. I was pleasantly surprised that the facial rejuvenation not only left my skin feeling noticeably softer but also ‘disappeared’ the puffiness under my eyes. For the last reason alone, I shall be returning.
