About Me
Following a 15 year career in public relations, a life-long interest in complementary therapies and also having had three children, I decided to change career and re-train as a reflexologist. I wanted more balance to my life and I wanted to be able to practice the therapies that had given me so much benefit over the years.
In 2008, having studied the Renee Tanner reflexology method at the renowned Morley College, I was awarded a Distinction grade in Reflexology. My diploma is from the International Exam Board and accredited with the International Federation of Reflexologists of which I am a full member.
I have since undertaken post-graduate reflexology training in maternity reflexology, infertility, cancer and palliative care, and hand reflexology. In 2010 I became qualified to run baby reflex™ workshops.
In 2008 I also gained a credit in Indian Head Massage awarded by ITEC and have undertaken a further course in Advanced Indian Head Massage with an emphasis on massage in the workplace.
In 2009 I added Facial Rejuvenation (natural face lift massage) to my portfolio of therapies. The diploma is awarded by the London Centre of Indian Champissage.
In 2010 I added Kansa Vatki (KV) Foot Massage which is a very relaxing lower leg and foot massage with oils.
Summer of 2011 I qualified in Holistic Massage awarded by ITEC and am currently studying aromatherapy techniques.
